Yard Waste
The Department of Community and Utility Services collects yard waste on a seasonal basis, beginning in spring and ending in late fall.

Collection Calendar
Guidelines
  • All yard waste should be put in a reusable container, or placed in biodegradable bags.
  • Waste should be set at the end of the driveway, away from mailboxes and other permanent objects for easy accessibility.
  • Combine all acceptable yard waste materials into one pile per property.
  • Excessive piles (as defined in Section 82-32 of the Village Code) may require a special pick-up.  Please contact Village Hall for more information on special pick-ups.
  • Check the 2013 Collections Calendar for drop off dates at Village Hall for yard waste and recyclables.
